OAMI, agency of the European Community competent for the filing of trademarks and designs which are valid in all of the 27 countries part of the EU, has recently published the statistics for the filing of Community Trademarks and Designs (newsletter 10/2009).
As already emerged in the previous statistics, GLP is again leader for the filing of the Community Designs.
