Weak trademarks are not characterized by the use of fantasy designations, signs, shapes or representations, but by the use of designations, signs, shapes or representations connected to, and coinciding with, the product they are associated with. Trademarks lacking any capacity of reminding qualities and characteristics of the product to, and lacking connection with, the same, are not weak trademarks.
