Pre-disclosure, in general, occurs when an inventor, intentionally or unintentionally, makes the invention known to a third party before the patent application and such event destroys the requirement of novelty as it renders the invention accessible to the public. For this consequence to occur, it is necessary that the communication covers the invention in its entirety.
