To implement the law No. 296 of 27 December 2006 (2007 Financial Law), the Italian Ministry for the Economic Development in concert with the Italian Ministry of Economics and Finances has issued a decree-law dated 2 April 2007, whereby the fees on patents for industrial inventions and utility models, on registrations of designs and on oppositions against registrations of trademarks have been reintroduced.
