After the issuing of the Law No. 79 of May 25, 2005, the Republic of San Marino adopted a new Consolidation Act concerning the subject matter of Industrial Property, which describes not only the exclusive rights connected with patents, trademarks and designs, but also the protection against unfair competition and the management of the preliminary injunctions.
