On the EU Official Gazette of October 30, 2004 the (EC) regulation no. 1891/2004 was published, which regulates the provisions on the application of the previous (EC) regulation no. 1383/2003 concerning the customs actions against goods suspected to infringe intellectual property rights, and the measures to be taken against goods actually infringing such rights.
