The European Commission regulation no. 772/2004 of April 27, 2004, on the application of Article 81, paragraph 3, of the EC Treaty to certain categories of technology transfer agreements, has been recently published, together with the European Commission Communication “Guiding lines on the application of Article 81 of the EC Treaty to technology transfer agreements”.
