Taking into account the limitations imposed on work activities by the epidemiological emergency created by COVID-19, three different Directorial Decrees have been provided by the Italian Ministry for Economic Development (MiSE) which establish an extension of the deadlines for Designs +4 and POC 2020 tenders, as well as a deferment to the deadline for the Trademarks +3 tender.

The terms – subject to possible new updates provided by the MiSE – are as follows:

• Designs +4 tender: the date for submitting applications for subsidies is set at 9.00 on 22 April 2020
• Tender for implementing patent enhancement programs through the financing of Proof Of Concept (POC) projects: the deadline for submitting applications is set at 24.00 on 20 April 2020
• Trademarks +3 tender: starting date for submitting applications is set at 9.00 on 6 May 2020
