EU – Morocco Agreement on European Patent

As of 1 March 2015, through the European Patent Office, you can protect your inventions in Morocco too.

Recently the European Patent Office (EPO) and Morocco signed an agreement through which, starting from 1 March 2015, European patents can be confirmed in Morocco.

Thanks to this new agreement, it is now possible to confirm European patents in 41 countries.
