UDINE - Yesterday 10 July 2014, at the "Luigi Danieli" Scientific and Technological Park, the seminar "Tips & Strategies for Trading in the US" was held, organized by GLP in collaboration with Friuli Innovazione and Ditedi.

The meeting was intended to provide an overview useful for Companies that want to increase their awareness on points of contact between the Italian system and the US one, so as to take their first steps in the US market.

The speakers were Mr. Yuri Nadelreich from the Law Firm Lo Maglio Colnago Giacosa Magnoni with a speech on model 231 and Mr. Frank J. Ciano, senior partner in the Firm Goldberg Segalla, who illustrated the different Company models and the main legal and insurance risks due to the poor preparation of Companies intending to do business with the US.
