Stefano graduated in Electronic Engineering from the University of Padua in 1990. In the following year, he obtained the admission to practice the Engineering profession and started his collaboration with GLP.
During his more than thirty years of experience, Stefano has gained a wide range of skills, from mechanics to telecommunications, from steel industry and metallurgy in general, particularly casting and rolling metal products, to textile and to the protection of software, and has become Head of GLP's Patent department.
Stefano's main activities comprise complex questions of prosecution of National and International Patent applications.
He regularly represents companies before the European Patent Office, both before Examination and Opposition Divisions and Boards of Appeal, and has several years of experience in drafting statements and strategy opinions for proceedings before the most important global Patent Offices.
Moreover, he manages active and passive oppositions and coordinates the drafting of patent specifications.
Further, he is responsible for advising and assisting several organizations and public bodies in Intellectual Property matters.
