After attaining her Master Degree in Law at the University of Trieste in 1999 and having been called to the Bar, Michela practises as a lawyer for several years, initially in an important legal firm in Milan and later as a freelancer, dealing with civil law, commercial law and bankruptcy law.

In addition to his experience as a lawyer, she has many years of experience as sales manager for Italian clients in his family's company, and later as coordinator of the occupational medicine department at a private medical institution.

Michela joins GLP's patent department in 2022, dealing specifically with all the patent filing and/or extension activities abroad, as well as the management of the subsequent examination stages, up to grant.

Michela is also involved in patent litigation.
