After gaining initial experience as a mechanical designer, Aldo joins GLP in 2000, gradually assuming the role of technical consultant on industrial property, patent drafting, research and patent document analysis.

In 2010, Aldo returns to the mechanical design sector as a senior designer, developing technical skills in the design of mechanical machinery and equipment in various sectors: from civil engineering to structural engineering, from heavy carpentry to steelmaking.

The combination of his experience as an industrial property consultant and designer lead him to take on the role of R&D and IP management designer at a major industrial company, where he also develops skills in managing the company's patent portfolio, devising strategies for both monitoring competitors and filing patent documentation.

In 2021, Aldo rejoins GLP, putting his know-how at the service of clients.
