The manager of large premises for commercial distribution ("outlet store") lacks the capacity to be sued, inasmuch as he has not exploited a trademark identical or similar to a third party trademark without authorization, but he only rented the commercial premises to the company that has commercialized the clothes which allegedly infringe the trademark.
